The actor Aquiles d'Almeida Torres makes his living from scams. When he sees in the newspaper that three millionaire businessmen have disappeared in a serious plane crash, he devises a plan to get rich. With the help of his butler Vitório and his own dramatic talent, he pretends to be the deceased husbands and takes advantage of the three lonely widows. Sex-starved, they cannot resist and give themselves to the "ghosts," despite the watchful eye of the stern Aunt Dadá.
